NOTES: Accompanying person fees for lunches, Welcome Party, Symposium Dinner and Social Tour (Great Wall) and possibly other activities are US $250.00.  This is below projected cost, but it is provided a courtesy by the ICBPS Organizing Committee.   2. Hotels require one night booking fee. This can be held by credit card to ASA/ICBPS who will then guarantee Hotel Booking Fee to the Travel Agency selected by the Chinese ICBPS Organizing Committee to assist with all travel arrangements within China for this meeting.
